Data may be processed to review the student’s enquiry, explain suitable universities and programmes, communicate during document preparation and improve service quality.

With the student’s consent or where necessary to deliver the service, limited information may be shared with universities, official admission platforms, visa centres, insurance and accommodation partners.

EFLA applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Data is retained only as long as required for service purposes and is not sold to third parties without a lawful basis.
